Gerard Way, 32: Sentenced to ten years for the rape of a fourteen year old boy and Life for the murder f said child. Eligible for parle in 25 years.

gerard didnt speak to anyone as he walked to his cell, he kept his head down and his words to himself. when the guards told him that this was his cell, he stared into it and, to his utter dismay, found another person in it. he grunted to himself, hating the guy already.
he threw himself on the empty bunk, not bothering with an introduction as he curled up and tried to get some sleep.

Frank glanced at Gerard, struck immediatly by the older man.
"Wow, I've been here literally a day and they find me a cell-mate, fun" he grunted, sliding ff the top bunk. He sat on the floor and tilted his head to one side, staring at Gerard.
"Waht're you in for?"

"fucking a kid and then slitting his throat and then fucking him again." gerard growled bluntly, turning round so that he could see his roommates face. he smiled a fucking shit eating grin. his roommate was hot as fuck.
"come to think of it, that kid looked a lot like you." his grin widened as he watched the smaller man squirm slightly before returning back to his bunk. mabye he would get to have some fun after all.

Frank threw himelf back onto the top bunk, uddenly uncomfertable. He pretended to be tough aroun other inmates but, really, he'd just gotten out of his depth. Gotten into a fight and a gun had gone off, when he'd been picked up by the plice he had residue on his hands frome arlier that night and multple cuts and bruises. He'd lied as much as he could, but it was hardly a charge he could deny. He sighed and forced his eyes shut as the lights went out, hoping things could only gete aier.

the next day they were woken up way too fucking early, instantly putting gerard in a foul mood. he scowled at his innmates, despising their very existence. he scowled at the shitty food and lack of coffee, just wanting to go back to sleep or draw. he looked up to see frank, also sat alone and also looking increadibly bemused when a small gang of fucking giants crowded him, by the look of horror on franks face he knew exactly what they were saying. without thinking he stood up and walked over, pushing through the bulk of men to get to frankie who grabbe his armm quickly, almost in tears.
"if you dont mind gentlemen.." he said calmly, dragging frank through the crowd and attempting to escape the room without being murdered

"TH-Thank you" whimpered Frank, clinging to Gerard like he was his saviour. As soon as they'd left the room he realised he could let go of Gerards ar and did so, staring at his feet. He was still terrified f everything, especially when he realised he was scheduled or a fucking shower later,. He shuddered but grinned at Gerard.
"Thanks for helping me out there, i-I owe you one"

gerard half smiled back, paying close attention to the end of the sentence.
"hmm, yes.... well, watch out in the showers." gerard sing-songed, slipping off towards their cell, leaving frank alone in the prison hallways. however frank followed sheepishly. not wanting to be left alone in this place. first mistake was trusting gerard.

Frank followed Gerard arround all dy, trying no to overthink where he was. A few nasty comments during the lunch queue shook him up a bit but eh coninued s if nothing hapened. Though, when he was finally called through for a shwoer, he simply stayed curled on his bunk, wanting to avoid it by ny means possible.

gerard found frank curled up on top of his bunk, hiding.
"frank, what the fuck are you doing?" gerard giggled, seeing how adorable and vulnerable frank looked. gerard knew that frank was hiding from the showers and realise he could use this to his advantage.
"you wanna get out of showering dont you?" frank nodded solemnly.
"follow me then.."

Frank hesitated before fllowing Gerard quietly. They went down several corridor as the smell f chlorinated water got slowly strnger. Soon Frank paused, frowning dwn at the w3ater eneath his feet asGerard opened a door.
"Gerard where are we-"

"well this cubicle block is never occupied.." gerard spoke slyly, walking frank deeper into the block. frank became less and less confident of the current situation,, turning to question why gerard was still with him whe he felt the cold tile wall smack against his face.
"rule number one in here frankie, trust no one."

Frank whimpered and struggled against Gerards hold. He forced out an uncomfertble laugh.
"Ok, O, lesson learned! Pleae let me go Gee!" he managed, terror dwning on him slowly when Gerard made no move to let him g, simply undoing both their pants. Frank whimpered and struggled slightly more vilently.

gerard pulled franks shirt from over his head, flingigng it to the cubicle floor. he stopped what he was doing to take in the tattoos painted across franks back.
"well there's a difference. he didnt have any tattoos, and he wasnt nearly as pretty as you." he felt franks muscles tense against his chest. he yanked franks pants down to his knees, ignoring franks whimpered protests as he lined himself up.

Frank continued to writhe and struggle, begging to be let go. When Gerard forced himself in he yelled out in pain, unused to the feeling in his ass and lower back. He cried into the wall, still begging Gerad t stp, to let him go, anthing...

frank cried out as gerard bucked his hips into his ass, crushing franks hip bones against the hard tiled wall.
"stick with me frankie and you'll be just fine." gerard snickered, feeling frank writhe under him. soon gerard lost all sense of rythm, loosing complete control of himself before coming in franks ass. frank whimpered as gerard pulled out and turned the water on, sending freezing jets of water over franks small body.
"clean up honey, you look terrible."

Frank yelped as the cold water hit him, the noise turning into sobs as he stod there., arms wrapped around himself, with Gerards cum trickling down his legs. He let the water run over him, drenching his hair and slowly going from freezing to scalding hot.

gerard smiled lazily at the bunk above him, blocking out the noise of the other cell blocks. his smile widened as he saw frank sheepishly walked in, trying to draw as little attention to himself as possible.
"hey frankie, nice shower?"

Frank gave a gulping noise that could 0have been a sob and clambered into his bunk, curling tightly under the covers. He didn't care if he was meant to be at some stupid rehabitilitation class, right now he didn't care for anything. After a few minutes he worked up the courage to speak
"You better stay the fuck away form me in future, I have friends that could kick your sorry arse"

gerard stood on his bunk, leaning over so that his arms and head was on franks bunk.
"ahw sugar you can kick my ass any time you want." he winked making frank freeze.
"whats up baby? you scared of me?"gerard smiled wickedly, sliding his hand up franks thigh.

Frank shook slightly, ggrabbing Gerards hand to stop it. He tried not to show how terrified he was, or how much pain he was in.
"Just-Just leave me alone"

"oh don't worry sweetie, I'm not fucking stupid, I can wait till the lights go out for you." he slid his hand further up franks leg and scratched his nails back down slightly, before climbing back down to his bunk.

Frank shook and sobbed quietyly to himself, wondering why he had to share a cell with this phsyco.
"I-I'll tell a warden" he threatened.

"HA." gerard scoffed.
"good look with that cupcake, you see, this is how it works in here. You do favours and get on people's good sides and then you can do what the fuck you want. Why'd ya think that shower block just so happened to be empty? Nothing is a coincidence in here sweetie, you just got to suck it and smile until you get out." he smiled to himself, proud of his acting skills. He could read Frank perfectly and he knew he was the gullible type. Falling for anything.

Frank curled up tighter, hugging his knees to his chest.
"You're-you're luyinG" he whimpered.
